Simple steps to get your laptop or motherboard professionally repaired.

1. Fill Out the Form

2. Pack the Device

After completing the form, carefully prepare your device for shipment to prevent damage during transit.

Please ensure:

  • The device is wrapped securely in multiple layers of bubble wrap
  • There is no movement inside the box once packed
  • Any accessories you send are listed clearly inside the box
  • Don’t forget charger if you are sending laptop for repairs

3. Dispatch the Device

You may use any courier of your choice to send the device to us. However, we strongly recommend using a trackable and signed-for service for your security. Keep your tracking number safe until the repair process is complete.

4. Await an Evaluation

Once your shipment arrives, our technicians will evaluate the device. We aim to provide you with a detailed report within just over a week, though some services may take longer. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

5. Payment Invoice

After the evaluation is complete, we will issue an invoice for the repair costs. No work will begin until payment is received.

6. Return Shipping

Once payment has been cleared, we will complete the repair and ship the device back to your provided return address. Tracking details will be supplied when available.
